Paul Tredwell - consultant, creative

After completing two law degrees, Paul entered the advertising industry, pursuing a successful career in account management in London’s leading creative agencies, working for more than 15 years at director and executive director levels for AMV/BBDO, Leagas Delaney and Saatchi & Saatchi.

In 2004, Paul decided to strike out as an independent consultant helping marketing services providers and buyers build stronger, more valuable, longer-term relationships. His approach has proved engaging and effective for clients and agencies of all sizes, providing practical, actionable solutions. Paul’s robust relationship evaluation and improvement disciplines have also been extended to pre-acquisition due diligence.


In addition, Paul delivers training, workshops and mentoring to support the management and ongoing performance improvement of long-term, commercially significant client/agency relationships.

Paul has successfully worked with senior management teams in the public, private and third sectors. Paul’s clients have included RBS, the Department of Health, YMCA England, the Cello Group, Starcom MediaVest, MBA, Radley Yeldar and Populus.

Paul is married with two grown-up children and lives in London. He enjoys cycling, keeping fit, collecting wine (consuming in moderation, of course!) and is currently learning bluegrass banjo.
